About returns
We take all possible precautions regarding the quality of our products, but if you find any defective products, please contact us by phone or email within 10 days after the products arrive.
After checking the stock status, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. In this case, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by our shop. Please note that if you do not call us in advance, we will not be able to arrange a replacement when the item arrives.
